Abstract

This study develops a web-based sales information system for Daker MSMEs (Dawet Keren) to overcome challenges such as limited market access, limited capital, and lack of digital knowledge. This system aims to improve operational efficiency, monitor sales in real-time, and facilitate ordering and printing sales reports. The results of this study are expected to help Daker MSMEs manage sales data more effectively and increase competitiveness in the digital era.This study develops a web-based sales information system for Daker MSMEs in Cilegon with a qualitative approach. The methods used include interviews and case studies to understand sales strategies and challenges faced. The data collected include sales volume, revenue, customer demographics, and operational efficiency. This information system, which uses PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL technology, is designed to facilitate online ordering and improve operational efficiency. The results of this study are expected to overcome the challenges faced by Daker MSMEs, improve sales performance, and support business growth and success
