The purpose of this research is to know the person organization fit and perception support organization against the commitment and employee performance the of State Civil Apparatus on corporate secretary of BPPT.Included in this research about 187 employees.The sample collection technique using proportional random sampling.Analysis techniques in this research using SEM-PLS analysis.
The research results show that person organization fit and organization support perception impact on commitment organization.This means that if there is conformity of values organization with civil servants and supports organization that will improve the commitment organization.Person organization fit and perception support organization impact on performance employees.This means that if there is conformity of values organization with civil servants and supports organization, that will improve the performance employees.Commitment organization influential significantly of the performance of employees.This means that when commitment to organizations increased, it would impact on the employeesperformance.
