Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Organization Citizenship Behavior and its impact on employee performance at PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Jakarta Head Office. The sample in this study were 138 employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method approach. The analysis technique in this study uses SEM analysis techniques with Lisrel. The results showed that Quality of Work Life had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior but did not have a significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded in this study that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior is not a good intervening variable in strengthening and / or explaining the direction of causality. Whereas Employee Engagement has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Performance.This shows that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable is an intervening variable that is good in strengthening and or explaining the direction of the causality of the Employee Engagement variable on Employee Performance, both directly and indirectly while the Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant influence on Employee Performance, so it can be said that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a direction of the effect of causality on Employee Performance.
