Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Organisational Culture on Employee Performance, and the Application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Employee Performance at PT Taspen (Persero). The sample in this research was 114 employees. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical techniques in this study using SEM-Amos analysis techniques. Result of this research indicate that the leadership style has a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no significant influence to the Employee Performance. This means that if there is suitability between Leadership Style with the Employee and there is the inherent Organizational Culture in the Employee that it will improve Employee Performance.
