Abstract

Research on the relationship between workload analysis and job satisfaction of
Educational Staff at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of X showed
no significant relationship, illustrated by the results of the Spearman
correlation p = 0.44 (p <5%). Based on descriptive analysis the percentage of
inefficient workload was 18% and very inefficient was 18%. Seem incompatible
with the general job satisfaction condition which illustrates 64% is high and
27% is very high. One strong contributing factor is the very high discrepancy of
the workload between one staff and another staff member.
