Abstract

In the business market conducted service companies with customers that service users need to be based on marketing communication, customer market business confidence between vendors with industry in assembling integrated microcontroller module.This study aims to determine the effect of marketing communications, customer confidence in customer satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty CV.
