Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Facilities on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an interverning variable. The research sample was employees of PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika which
is in the Tangerang area with 195 people. Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is run with LISREL software is used to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that Organizational Culture, Work Facilities, have a positive and significant effect on Satisfaction, and Organizational Culture, Work Facilities,have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work facilities are very dominant in determining employee performance.
