Abstract

During the time process of data employee recruitment still use the manual system, that is
using by archives system kept in cilling cabinet. So, at the time of required need long
time to finding what file needed. Process of report also need th complicated process
because data still in the form of paper heaping not yet grouping. This system uses three
method, those are Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and
Normalized. This method use for make easier process system design. This system need
specification which consist of software and hardware. The software which required are
Microsoft Windows 98/XP, Microsoft Visual Basic Version 6.0 dan Microsoft Office XP.
The hardware which required are Intel Pentium 1 GHz, Random Accsess Memory
(RAM) 128 MB, Hard disk 20 GB and Printer. There are four process in this system,
those are data applicant, data job specification, data test and report. This process begin
with make data of the applicant who give the application. If the applicant fill
prerequirement, then the applicant will get letter for follow the test. After that, the result
of the test entry to data test. If the applicant pass the test, then the applicant will start
work. Process of data specification job is a process when plant division give data of
require position. This process end with make the report. There are two report in this
system, those are applicant report and result of the test report.By applying this system, as
well as expected can support Personnel Department to execute activity of employee
recruitment and increase efficiency. As well as expected with the existence of this design
system will make easier employee recruitment in the future
