Abstract

Problem In this study is there any relationship between transformational leadership style with employee's job satisfaction ?, How much contribution given by transformational leadership style to job satisfaction of employees ?, Variable variables of transformational leadership style dominant influence job satisfaction. While the results of research There is a very close relationship between leadership style transformasional General Manager with employee satisfaction in the three divisions that become observation areas, namely HRD division, SALES & DIST, and FINANCE. This is indicated by a canonical correlation coefficient value greater than 0.90. The canonical correlation is used to measure the simultaneous relationship between 19 leadership style variables and 9 job satisfaction variables. In the division of HRD, this very close relationship is dominated by charismatic, idealistic, visionary, inspirational, creative, motivational, attention and mentor variables on leadership style and job satisfaction variables and teamwork satisfaction.
