Abstract

Recording patient data using payments through BPJS is the most important thing in a health institution. If the institution does not have patient data using BPJS, it will affect the obstruction of the claims claimed by the hospital. For billing for patient care costs, a
system that is able to achieve the goals of the institution is needed. In case studies at Waled General Hospital, the management of recording patient data often results in delays in BPJS funds disbursement. This is due to the absence of a patient data recording system that has a high degree of accuracy. One of the methods used in recording BPJS patient data is the Collectible Receivables Approach. The Receivables Approach is the right of claim against another person or company, demanding payment in the form of money or the transfer of other assets or services to the party with whom he is in debt ". Receivables arise from the sale of products or delivery of services in the context of the company's normal business activities. This study aims to create, implement, and evaluate the BPJS Patient Data Recording System Waled Hospital Cirebon District. So it is expected to be able to collect receivables from the BPJS office that has been claimed by the Waled Hospital
