This final duty explain about existing system in PT. Pipe Indonesia Jaya (SPIJ) Cilegon. This matter is to water down the operation process in a work with the new information system, beyond question will conducive to the advantage for company because with the new information system information will be more be efficient and effective. The research of method that using by writer is Structure System Analysis and Design used Data Flow Diagram (DFD) with five entity are Purchasing, Divisi, Vendor, Accounting, dan Pimpinan. Design Application of Information System goods purchasing of Department Purchasing made by using Visual Basic 6.0 as Visual Programming Language. By using computerized information system, can quicken the process of forwarding of information to vendor. So that process the purchasing faster. For use of system, expected a user know the existing function by comprehending Input, Process and Output to be facilitating delivery data processing.
