This study purpose is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation as intermediate in the construction business and leadership style on employee performance through work motivation as intermediate in construction businesses from PT QDC Technology. The variables used are compensation, leadership style, work motivation and employee performance. The sample used was PT QDC Technology employees under the age of 40 years totaling 136. Analysis data used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are direct compensation for employee performance is 0.12. Direct motivation for employee performance is 0.54. Leadership style on employee performance directly is 0.28. Compensation for employee performance indirectly through motivation gives a total value is 0.417. Leadership style on performance indirectly is 0.4744
