HUBUNGAN ANALISA BEBAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA STAF KEPENDIDIKAN PURNOMOLUGI URSILA NILAMSARI RAYINI DAHESIHSARI

Abstrak

Research on the relationship between workload analysis and job satisfaction of Educational Staff at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of X showed no significant relationship, illustrated by the results of the Spearman correlation p = 0.44 (p <5%). Based on descriptive analysis the percentage of inefficient workload was 18% and very inefficient was 18%. Seem incompatible with the general job satisfaction condition which illustrates 64% is high and 27% is very high. One strong contributing factor is the very high discrepancy of the workload between one staff and another staff member.
