Abstract

Accounting Information System used by companies is useful for converting financial data and also other data into information that is useful for its users, especially information about inventory that has a major influence on the company's operations. In its activities there is often an error in recording inventory items that will expire, this can cause harm to the company, it is necessary to inventory information systems to facilitate and control inventory. The development of accounting information system for goods inventory is made covering the needs analysis phase by collecting information and identification, data modeling stages and normalization stages, and applying the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method in managing inventory with the nearest expiration period must come out first . To overcome these problems, inventory information systems are made using the Fefo method to maintain quality inventory and make it easier to calculate inventory at PT.
