This study aimed to analyze several factors that affect the performance of Behavior
That ministry officials. Research conducted at the Transport Department of
Communication and Information Serang District. Research method used is survey
method. Respondents of this study is the officers involved in this research on
Transport Department of Communication and Information Serang selected by
using random sampling of 143 people. Instruments used are the instruments of
Conduct and Performance officer who developed his own service in accordance
with the indicators of the indicator, the test conducted with the test data reliability
and validity, statistics and histogram description, a simple correlation. The
requirements for a simple regression equation using the variable data for
normality test, auto test the correlation with the Durbin Watson test, and test the
hypothesis using the F test and t test. This study found that: there is a positive
influence behavior apparatus (X) of service performance (Y), with coefficients of
determination R2 of 0.728679 and the regression equation of y = 20.954444 +
0.668768X; Based on these findings, concluded that the performance of services
on the Transport Department of Communication and Information Serang behavior
can be improved through the apparatus.
