PENINGKATAN KINERJA UMKM MELALUI PEMBERIAN BANTUAN WIRAUSAHA PEMULA DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG TAHUN 2013 S/D 2015

Abstract

This research was carried out based on the problems experienced by researchers as government employees (Civil servants) at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of preliminary research studies Improving SMEs Performance Through Providing Beginner Entrepreneurial Assistance in West Java Province in 2013 to 2015, shows that the ability of SMEs is still unsatisfactory and SMEs still face many problems, namely limited working capital, low human resources and utilization financing sources that have not been effective and efficient. To overcome these problems the researchers used an analysis of the Improvement of SMEs Performance Through Providing Beginner Entrepreneurial Assistance. Assistance (asisstance) is a process of improving self-quality carried out interpersonally both in terms of education and work through an emotional approach between the mentors and the mentees. This study uses research design through the influence of capital (assistance) on the performance of SMEs, in this study researchers collaborate with SMEs who get capital assistance by giving queries, implementing actions, observing actions and analyzing the effects of assistance (asisstance). The subject of this study is the performance of existing SMEs who get capital assistance as a start-up entrepreneur. The application procedure analyzes SMEs Performance Improvement Through Providing Entrepreneurial Aid Beginners in writing learning in this study are as follows (1) the effect of assistance (assistance) on the productivity of aid, (2) the effect of assistance on employee performance, (3) there is a positive effect of competence (4) there is a positive effect of employee competency on the performance of SMEs, (5) there is a positive influence on the productivity of aid funds on the performance of SMEs, and (6) there is a positive influence on the performance of SMEs. The results of this study indicate that this
strategy can improve the ability of SMEs to compete and develop and be able to drive the economy. Based on the results of the above research, it is expected that SMEs will increase their mastery of science, technology and HR capacity and finalize the business prospects both in their planning or vision and mission.
