PENGARUHKOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASIPERSONEL TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI PROFESIONALISME

Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Competence and Motivation to Performance through Professionalism. INP (Indonesia Nasional Police). This type of research is an explanatory research with quantitative approach.To test the hypothesis and generate an appropriate model (fit), this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the number of samples of 198 members of the Police in the Police Headquarter. Sources of data were obtained from primary data by spreading questionnaires and secondary data, research using Path Analysis (Path Analysis) and with the help of SPSS software for Windows Version 22 and Lisrel 8.80.The result of the research shows that Competence has a significant effect on Professionalism, Motivation has a significant effect on Professionalism, Competence has an effect on to Performance but not significant, Motivation has an effect on to Performance but not significant and Professionalism have significant effect on Performance.
