This matter can know from to the number of problemses which progressively complex, but with existence of good information system make work become effective and efficient. PT. Bola Dunia Tbk, Serang is big company which active in industry of is non food that is company of processing of paper raw material, with employeeses amount about 6090 people, thereby this company have complex job system so that role of information of vital importance and very require to reach better communications. Library of PT. Bola Dunia Tbk, Serang is reference medium for all employees exploited to extend knowledge and science, and also as medium to each other converting to convert information. The research method has taken is structure system analysis and design method used data flow diagram (DFD), for application program scheme of library information system.
